- At least 3 days in advance.
- Place order 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 5pm will only be process on the next working day.
- Orders must be kept in multiples of its minimum quantity or stated otherwise.

Delivery Service
- Delivery service is available at a charge of $8 per location.
- Delivery charge will be waived for location in Tampines and Simei or for purchase of $120 and above.

Self Collection
- Self collection is available at Simei & Tampines MRT Stations.
- Please state the time in the order form.

How do I place an order ?

You can place an order by using our online Order Form, during 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm will only be process on the next working day. Orders must be place at least 3 days before delivery date because we only bake by demands to ensure the freshness of the tarts. Go to our Order page for more ordering details.

How do i know that my order has been process?

Upon receiving your order, a confirmation notice will be make to you, once all the necessary arrangements for the order has been made. All contact will be done either through email, sms or phone.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, each order will be kept to the minimum order quantity of each selection of the products or otherwise stated. Check out our product page for more details.

How do I make the payment ?

We accept Cash On Delivery or Direct Bank Transfer through POSB, UOB and OCBC bank. Payment must be made at least one day prior to delivery date for DBT. Order will only be process after receiving of payment. Please call/sms or email us once transfer has been made.

Is there any delivery service and what is the charges ?

Yes, we do have delivery service and a charge of $8 will be make for each delivery address. An additional surcharge of $8 will be applicable for each re-delivery. There will be no delivery charges for locations in Tampines and Simei. Self pick up is also available at Simei MRT station. Delivery charge will be waived for Orders of $100 and above.

Can I request for a specific delivery time ?

Our delivery timings for Monday to Sunday are from 12pm to 3pm or 3pm to 6pm. In general, the delivery will be made at anytime within the respective time slots. If you have a timing restriction, we will try our best to meet your requested timing. We do hope you understand and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

What are the ingredients used?

At T.O.D only the freshest and finest ingredients are used. We do not used lard or pork in our tarts.

How should I consume the tarts?

The tarts are normally consumed at room temperature but you can have them to your own liking. Pop them back into the oven to warm them up or have them chilled in the refrigerator that will give a total different experience. (Direction applied to apple tarts only)

How long is the shelf life?

As all tarts are made purely for quality, not longevity. We recommend that you consumed them on the day of delivery, when they are at their best. If there are leftover, you can keep them in the refrigerator up to 3 days. But due to humidity, the crust may get softer and losing its fine texture if sits for too long. So get your friends or neighbours to help you out.

Will there be more selections in future?

As these delicious tarts are produced using the traditional method that give you that undeniable great taste and flavor. Each step of the process is very time and energy taxing. Adding more selections at this point of time is not possible. But planning are undergoing to explore more flavor in some time soon. So make sure you visit us regularly for updates.
