These mini raspberry tarts are so adorable. Taken from Carpe Season blog, these are served during a baby shower, which perfectly suit the occasion. What makes them really special is the lime glaze that is freely dripped on each tart. It just completed the tarts with a touch of tangy flavor and absolutely picture perfect. Not forgetting the cream cheese filling housed in the light buttery crust, definitely a great treat to make my day. You can play with the fruit topping and substitute them with strawberries blueberries, peaches or any fruits that you desire.
