I always like the idea of how french tarts are made, classy, elegant and absolutely beautiful to look at. However, we can't achieve that kind of result just by using regular tart mold or shell. Tart rings are commonly used for the making of french tarts that give that classy look. It may look intimidating to work with but it actually work the same as normal tart mold. The only part to note is to be extra careful, as there is no base attached to it. Just look at how amazing french tarts are, just too pretty to be eaten.
